Whole wheats pastry flour, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 c raw milk, 1/2 c maple vanilla yogurt, 2 Tbs coconut milk, 2 Tbs salted butter, 1 tsp honey, also bacon and kale cooked with balsamic vinegar, hot sauce, walnuts and craisins (Taken with instagram)
